Design a piece that’s uniquely yours.

Each commissioned basket is thoughtfully handwoven with your choice of woods, finishes, and personal details—whether it’s a compass inlay, a monogram, or a special closure. I'll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final piece is exactly what you envisioned.

Here's how it works:

1. Get in touch
   If you see anything that interests you, please use the Contact page or send me an email (maggie@magmadethis.com) to start the process.

2. Fill out the Intake Form
   I'll send over a form where you can share your ideas, material preferences, and any inspiration images to guide the design.

3. Proposal & Quote
   I’ll review your submission and follow up within the week with a custom design proposal and commission agreement that includes an estimated timeline and invoice.

4. Secure Your Spot
   Once the agreement is signed and you have approved the design, a 40% deposit secures your place in the queue and allows me to begin sourcing materials.

5. Weaving Begins
   I’ll carefully handcraft your basket and keep you updated along the way with progress photos or notes.

6. Final Touches & Delivery
   Once the basket is complete and the remaining balance is paid, I’ll package it up and send it your way!

Custom lead times vary between 6–10 weeks depending on materials and the season. To ensure I have sufficient time to dedicate to each commission, I am only taking 2 projects per quarter but will certainly open up to more if timing allows.
